Well, hello there, Amy Adams! The Oscar-nominated actress, 38, has played a broad swathe of characters in her film career -- and in her latest movie, David O. Russell's American Hustle, Adams is working her sexiest looks yet. Shooting the film, set in the 1970s, in lower Manhattan on Friday, May 17, the star flirted with a potential wardrobe malfunction in a silky brown mini-dress with a shockingly deep v-neck which grazed her navel and showed off a generous portion of cleavage.
Rocking Farrah Fawcett-style waves, the redhead completed the on-set look with a gold necklace, earrings and belt, a camel-colored coat and brown pumps.
Her costar for the scene. Bradley Cooper, was memorable for a different reason entirely: The actor, 38, donned a 70s-style blue suit and the tight, hilarious perm he debuted back in March for the period piece, which also stars Jennifer Lawrence, Christian Bale, Jeremy Renner and Robert DeNiro.
The historical thriller dramatizes the real-life FBI sting operation, known as ABSCAM, which led to the conviction of a U.S. Congressman. Adams plays Sydney, mistress to a con artist played by Bale.
