"I have to eat a lot -- I have a really fast metabolism, so I’m kind of the opposite," she said. "I do Pilates three times a week, but I actually have to eat a lot of carbs. Otherwise my metabolism is so fast, I’ll lose too much weight."

As for her favorite foods to indulge in, the star put In-N-Out Burger and Mexican food at the top of her list. "Mexican food, always," she said.

Kim Kardashian Is "Super Motivated" to Get Her Body Back Post-Baby, Trainer Tracy Anderson Says

Kim Kardashian doesn't do anything halfway. At the moment, all of her attention is focused on getting to know her newborn daughter, North, whom she and boyfriend Kanye West welcomed into the world on June 15. Losing the baby weight is far from a priority, but when the time is right, she has a plan to get her body back -- and more than enough drive and determination to see it through, celeb trainer Tracy Anderson tells Us Weekly exclusively.

Anderson -- who has a successful post-pregnancy workout DVD, as well as a series of DVDs to help women stay active during their pregnancies -- is personally devising an exercise program to help the 32-year-old reality star bounce back after baby. And though neither she nor Kardashian wants to rush the process, they're both excited to get to work.

"It's a tough time, and a lot of women feel like it's a huge mountain to climb to get back, but Kim, surprisingly, has had the totally opposite reaction to other moms," Anderson tells Us. "She's like, 'We're going to be so good. It's fun, I feel great!' She just loves the whole process. From our talks during her pregnancy, I thought she was going to be really concerned [about her weight] once the baby was out, but she's just not...She's in baby heaven. She's excited to get started, but she's really calm about it all."

Anderson -- whose other celeb clients include Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Lopez, Bethenny Frankel, and Shiri Appleby -- says she won't actually start working out with Kardashian until five weeks after baby North's birth. But she's already mapping out a routine.

"It will definitely be lots of muscular structure...In the beginning, it's key getting the deep abdominal muscles back and making sure that you get the strength back in the right layers," she explains, noting that Kardashian's program will include exercises tailor-made for her body and her preferences. "She's not going to be doing any typical crunches or anything like that."

The plan, Anderson says, is to start with four-day-a-week workouts and then gradually increase to five or six days. "She promised me she would be the best student ever, and I promised her that I would do it personally for her, that I would go to her myself and get her back," she tells Us. (The fitness guru doesn't typically train celebs herself, but she's making an exception in Kardashian's case.)

"Kim is super motivated. She's all in," Anderson says. "Pregnancy is actually an opportunity for women to look better than ever. And [Kim] will."

Us: How did you feel about playing a witch in Hansel & Gretel?

FJ: Living in Holland I grew up with these stories. Honestly speaking it's not the most flattering proposal, but it was great to work with Jeremy. It was hard not to laugh at myself when I caught my face in the mirror with that ugly makeup on. It was really incredible what they did with those cosmetics.

Us: How was it working with Jeremy and Gemma Arterton?

FJ: Everyone was great. We had an amazing time shooting it, and despite how weird I looked they actually looked pretty cute!

Us: You recently shot a scene in Wolverine with Hugh Jackman. How did it feel to be back with him on set?

FJ: Hugh is one of the best guys in Hollywood, I love him. He is just an incredible actor, and someone I respect immensely. It has been such an honor to be involved with the X-Men films for so long, I was very happy to be coming back. Not to mention he¹s not bad to look at.

Us: What is that guy's secret?

FJ: I'll tell you one of them. He has a set of weights on set with him all the time. I'd be filming a scene in bed with him, where he¹s supposed to be asleep, when the director yells "cut" he jumps up and goes over to pump weights until their ready to shoot again. Then he just lies back down when the scene starts again and closes his eyes. He's a machine.

Us: So Taken 3 is happening?

FJ: Liam Neeson said he was not interested because he thinks the plot would be a little ridiculous, but I think you never know. I'd love to. I'd be happy to take over his role, and his paycheck. Maybe he could be the one that¹s kidnapped! I could save him, I know how to fight. I've got some skills as well.

Earlier this month, the actress spoke to Us Weekly about how she stays in shape while unveiling her wax figure at Madame Tussauds in New York City. "I do everything in moderation. I try to enjoy life," said Vergara, who's been engaged to Nick Loeb since the summer of 2012. "I don't believe in crazy diets or exercise. I believe everything in moderation."

Vergara -- who has a 21-year-old son, Manolo, with ex-husband Joe Gonzalez -- added that she doesn't "smoke or do drugs," either. "You know, I drink to have fun," she admitted. "I just try to live, like, a normal life."

TV's highest-paid actress also revealed that she doesn't have a "favorite" workout routine. In fact, Vergara said she'd prefer to never set foot inside a gym.

"Now that I'm older, I know that I have to keep up. When I'm in Los Angeles, I have a trainer, Gunnar Peterson, because if not, I sabotage myself," Vergara said of the pro, who's also worked with Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried. "If I have to do 12 repetitions, I do seven. And in New York, I have a trainer. His name is Justin Gelband. And so they force me."

Khloe Kardashian Rocks Leather Pants, Shows Sexy Figure

Will this be Khloe Kardashian's best year yet? The reality star, who celebrates her 29th birthday on Thursday, June 27, stepped out two days earlier looking fierce in an all-black outfit.

Khloe, who has dealt with body bashers in the past, seems to be happier than ever -- especially as she celebrates her birthday alongside her husband of three years, Lamar Odom. Christie Brinkley: I Used to Feel "Very Fat" in Old Modeling Photos

Even supermodels have their "fat" days. Industry veteran Christie Brinkley has graced the covers of more than 500 magazines, landed the coveted Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl spot for three consecutive years, and even managed to maintain a 25-year partnership with CoverGirl, but the 59-year-old blonde beauty admits that even she has had her moments of doubt regarding her own body image. 

"I came across an older picture of me that someone had posted on Facebook and I totally remember squirming and feeling very fat while I was shooting it," she tells the new issue of Haute Living. "And I look at it now and think, I was actually really thin! How is it possible that I felt so uncomfortable in that body?"

Brinkley, who is mother to three children -- Alexa Ray Joel, 27, Jack, 18, and Sailor, 14 -- explains that she got her start in modeling completely by accident when she was discovered by a photographer in Paris at age 18.

After signing with Elite Model Management in the summer of 1972, however, she snapped up three national advertising campaigns almost immediately, a testament to her natural modeling abilities.

As a result of the chance meeting, she says, she has been able to experience and explore so many different opportunities that she wouldn't have been able to -- which has "made all of the fluffy and embarrassing moments worthwhile," she says.

Now, she tells the magazine, she is proud to see Joel, a singer-songwriter based in Manhattan (dad is iconic piano man Billy Joel, whom Brinkley divorced in 1994) grow and mature into a confident woman.

"Alexa is an outspoken person who has shown that she has substance," she says. "She will not be put in a box or labeled as anything, which is something that I always tried to pride myself on throughout my career. I listen to her and Joni Mitchell whenever I paint or do my sculpture dolls."

Snooki Unveils Flat Stomach and Tiny Waist, Flexes Arm Muscles

Snooki is proud of her post-baby body -- and she's eager to show it off! The former Jersey Shore star has been posting multiple pictures of her ongoing slimdown via Instagram. The Shore Thing author, 25, unveiled her flat stomach and tiny waist when she wore a sports bra and sweatpants on Tuesday, June 25. "Getting more toned and defined," Snooki wrote in the photo caption. In a second image, the self-proclaimed "Princess of Poughkeepsie" flexed her biceps and said she was "damn proud" to be a "fit mom."

The former MTV reality star demonstrated her tire-flipping workout three days earlier on Instagram. "How I start my Saturdays," she explained. "Buns and guns." Snooki is exercising with New Jersey-based trainer Anthony Michael. She defended her athletic figure via Twitter June 25. "Everyone's saying the 'new fit me' isn't what I'm suppose to look [like]," she wrote. "I wasn't always a fatass, kids. Get used to my fit life, cause I love it!"

Snooki unveiled her 42-pound weight loss on the March 18 cover of Us Weekly. "I feel great," said the star, who welcomed son Lorenzo in August 2012 with fiance Jionni LaValle. "I have a lot of energy because I work out so much and the endorphins put me in a good mood. And when you're skinnier, you feel so much better about yourself."

At the time, the sunglasses designer told Us she still had "the mommy pooch I need to get rid of, and I want my upper legs to be more toned." Snooki also said she was considering a future breast augmentation. "My boobs are messed up. In a bra, they look good. But when I take it off, they're all flappy," she explained. "I can't wait to get a boob job when I'm done having kids."

Vanity aside, Snooki (real name: Nicole Polizzi) said she was motivated to get fit for another reason: "When Lorenzo starts running around, I want to be able to run with him and not complain that my legs hurt or I'm out of breath. I don't want to worry about the things I can't do because I'm friggin' fat."

"That was an era when TV child actors just didn't work after their show was over," she says of her work in the late 80s. "I think Christina Applegate and I are the only two who maintained some sort of career path past the shows that launched us." She adds, gratefully: "But I have a great family, and I look at a lot of these kids who struggle in the industry and think they'd have struggled no matter what they did."

Ashlee Simpson is going to become a second-time aunt very, very soon -- but in the meantime, Jessica Simpson's little sister is squeezing in some pool time south of the border! Adam Levine, Nina Agdal Go Public, Rock Sexy Beach Bods On Vacation

Love in Mexico! After Us Weekly exclusively revealed that Adam Levine is dating model Nina Agdal on May 28, the Maroon 5 frontman was spotted in Los Cabos, Mexico, on Saturday, June 22, with his new lady.

In the first-ever picture of the couple, a shirtless Levine, wearing only shorts, is seen playing around with the Sports Illustrated model, clad in a barely-there string bikini. The brunette bombshell throws around a volleyball as The Voice mentor happily looked on. 

Indeed, in May, a source told Us that the 34-year-old singer is "having fun" with the 21-year-old stunner, but "It's still new."

Agdal was first spotted on the set of The Voice on May 23, and later attended a live taping in L.A. five days later to support her new beau.

Before dating the 5-foot-9 beauty, Levine was linked to Victoria's Secret Angel Behati Prinsloo, whom he began dating in May 2012. "Behati was in and out, but they finally ended it," a source explained. 

During a June 2 interview on Oprah's Next Chapter, the crooner played down his playboy status, telling the host that he does have plans to settle down. "I'm a fan of marriage. People think that I keep pooh-poohing marriage, but I love it," he said. "I want to probably be married at some point."

He added, "I don't feel pressure to get married. I think that when it's time, it's going to be obvious and I'm going to do it and I'm going to really enjoy it."

The diva is back! Though she didn't mentor any contestants during the fourth season of The Voice, Christina Aguilera made a grand return for the NBC hit's June 18 finale. Showing off her estimated 20-pound weight loss in a black pencil skirt, a sheer metallic top and a hot pink bra, the four-time Grammy winner performed her No. 1 hit "Feel This Moment" with Pitbull.

"How cool was that seeing Christina tonight?" Blake Shelton asked reporters backstage. "She looks amazing, by the way." Aguilera and Cee Lo Green will join Shelton and Adam Levine for Season 5 after Shakira and Usher stepped in for Season 4.

"Cee Lo and Christina are the two that Adam and I started this thing with and there's a camaraderie there that helped create this thing," said Shelton, who celebrated his 37th birthday that night. "It will be right back where it was before. You know, there's a friendship there -- I still talk to them both all the time, and I'm sure Adam does, too."

In her off season, Aguilera, 32, has been working hard to get her body back in shape. In early May, with a slew of appearances lined up for her new single, the pop star made a drastic change: She recommitted herself to exercise by reteaming with fitness pro Tee Sorge, who helped her shimmy down for 2010's Burlesque.

In addition to weight training with Sorge, the mom to Max, 5 (with ex-husband Jordan Bratman) has been practicing yoga regularly. "It's more of a mind-body thing for her," a source revealed in the June 10 issue of Us Weekly. "She believes in exercise that she enjoys, doing strength work as opposed to intense cardio."

Vanessa Lachey has a message for all new moms and moms-to-be: Don't worry about the baby weight. Nine months after giving birth to son Camden, her first child with husband Nick Lachey, the Wipeout hostess, 32, looks better than ever -- and the secret, she says, is happiness. Well, happiness and Spanx.

"I gained, I think, 65 pounds when I was pregnant," Lachey revealed in a June 19 interview with HuffPost Live. "And I will say to moms out there, 'Don't stress about losing it. It will happen when it happens.' Cam's 9 months, so it's been a minute, and we're working, and we're traveling, and it's just about maintaining a happy, healthy lifestyle, not obsessing about it."

"I think that's one thing I would like to convey to moms everywhere," she continued. "It's not about this 'get skinny quick' diet or these fads. Just enjoy time being a mom. You've just had this wonderful, magical moment, and you shouldn't be stressing about that kind of stuff."

If you're really worried, "Spanx are amazing," she joked. "Thank you to the inventor of that."

Lachey also spoke to HuffPost Live about her "amazing" husband. "He was born to be a daddy," she gushed. "He's a hot daddy. Isn't MILF the word for moms? Is there anything for dads?"

Nick, 39, is currently traveling the country with 98 Degrees as part of the Package Tour, which also features Boyz II Men and New Kids on the Block. "I gotta say, it's sexy," his wife says of seeing him in concert. "I can't be mad at him. When I get mad at Nick and then I see him sing, I'm like, 'Okay, I forgive you.'"

At the moment, the couple are happy to dote on baby Camden, she said -- but they definitely want more kids in the future. "We're married, and I believe we've established a great foundation as a couple and now as parents," Lachey teased, "so when two and three and maybe four roll around, we'll be ready for them."

Aunt KoKo is ready for the summer! A few days after Khloe Kardashian became an auntie for the third time (sister Kim Kardashian welcomed her baby girl with beau Kanye West on Saturday, June 15), the reality star stepped out on Wednesday, June 20, looking happier than ever -- with cornrows to boot!

Wearing turquoise-colored Giuseppe Zanotti heels, Intermix leather shorts, a sheer button-up Equipment blouse, the 28-year-old showed off her fit figure and trendy summer style. She completed the chic look with her wavy hair in half cornrows. "I am LOVING my glam today," she tweeted, thanking her stylist for the unique "hair realness."

Khloe isn't the first Kardashian family member to rock the braided trend -- Kim and Kendall Jenner both debuted cornrows on a April 2012 vacation in the Dominican Republic. 

The star spent the day meeting fans while promoting she and her sisters' newest product, Kardashian Sun Kissed self-tanners. "Sun kissed kind of day! Thank you to all of my stunning dolls!!!" she tweeted after the event in Burbank, Calif. 

On Sunday, June 16, after Us Weekly broke news of Kim and West's baby arrival, Khloe tweeted about her new niece, calling her a "miracle."

"I can not even begin 2describe the miracle that is now apart of our family," she wrote. "Mommy/baby are healthy &resting. We appreciate all of the love. More info will come when the time is right! Thank you all for understanding! We love you all dearly! Overwhelmed with love right now."

After donning multiple midriff-baring, barely-there outfits for her turn on last season's Dancing With the Stars, Maria Menounos seems to have no more qualms about showing off her toned bikini body. The Extra host rang in summer in a tiny black string bikini during a recent trip to Mykonos, Greece on Wednesday, June 19, soaking in the surf and sun with boyfriend Kevin Undergaro and pals.

Menounos, who recently celebrated her 35th birthday with a star-studded, Hawaiian luau-themed bash in Los Angeles on June 8, looked effortlessly cool as she played in the clear waters, with her hair down and a pair of oversized sunglasses framing her face.

At one point, she and pal Marietta Chrousala sat atop their beaus' shoulders for a game of chicken, excitedly trying to pull the other person into the water.

"Love it here! Danced till sun came up," she tweeted on Thursday, June 20, along with a short video of Marietta and herself laughing it up.

Menounos' trip to Greece involved a little family time as well. The TV host shared a shot of her dad, Constantinos, in yellow swim trunks at the beach with fans, captioning the shot: "My dad turns 70 this year… Lookin good eh?"

Menounos credited her father as her inspiration for keeping fit in an interview with Fitness magazine.

"Go ahead, punch me in the stomach," she told the crew at the magazine's cover shoot. "I learned that from my dad. When someone punches you there, you tighten up."

Teigen has never been known for her inhibitions. She's the opposite of shy when it comes to voicing her opinions on Twitter; no joke is too dirty, no topic is off-limits. Because of this, she sometimes gets herself into trouble with other Twitter users (like Amanda Bynes).

Asked whether she ever regrets any of the things she posts, the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model told GQ: "All the time! But not really a regret that I thought it, just that I said it."

Or, in the case of Instagram, shared it. "My naked-spray-tan thing comes to mind," she said, referring to the nude picture she posted that violated the photo-sharing site's user guidelines. "What no one knows is that my mom took it! My mom frickin' threw me under the bus!"

The blonde bombshell, who was recently romantically linked to Dancing With the Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy, has opened up about her seemingly atypical model behavior — which includes staying as down to earth as possible. 

"I never set out to be on the runway," she told Vogue in June. 

Explaining why she interacts with fans through her Twitter and funny Keek videos, she added, "I didn’t buy the magazines that had models on the covers, because I didn’t know them … So I think this kind of gives me, as a model, a personality that people can connect with."

Summer is heating up! Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Greene wore matching black bikinis during the Oakley Bali Pro/Learn to Surf event in Benoa, Bali, Indonesia on Wednesday, June 19. The Spring Breakers actress, 24, and the Apparition star, 26, were joined by Hudgens' actor boyfriend, Austin Butler.

Greene shared a picture of her bruised leg via Instagram later that afternoon. "War wound from surfing today with Oakley," she wrote in the caption. "The reef ate me up. Worth it."

At the Electric Run L.A. event May 24, Hudgens told Us Weekly she was "really excited" to go on her "surf trip" in Indonesia. "Then I'm doing a big press tour for Frozen Ground," she said of her upcoming movie, slated for an Aug. 23 release. "I'm gonna go to London and this island in Italy and Moscow, which I've never been to, so I'm really excited. I just love traveling! As long as my gypsy heart is set free, I'm good!"

Before her summer press tour begins, however, Hudgens plans to take it easy. "You're only in your twenties once!" she explained.

As for how she keeps her bikini body in shape, the "Sneaker Night" singer said she likes to mix up her workout routine. "I try to shock the body as often as possible -- I think that's really important," Hudgens told Us. "I do Soul Cycle constantly, do a lot of Pilates, a lot of yoga for the mind, dancing, kickboxing, hiking. . . anything and everything!"

Greene, meanwhile, shared her hot body secrets with Us when McDonald's presented Just Jared's Summer Kickoff Party in Beverly Hills June 1. "I'm doing circuit training right now with Harley Pasternak," she revealed. "It's 45 minutes, so it's great. It's all cardio the whole time, so you don't really bulk up, and that's something that I'm kind of in tune with because I'm kind of athletic by nature. You lift weights and you're strong and lean."

The Twilight actress makes sure she eats healthy by choosing options from the Sunfare meal delivery program.  "I use it a lot to kind of keep me on track," she said. "If you veer off and have dinner with someone, it's okay, but as a staple it's nice because it allows you to eat right and enjoy the food. I'm lazy. I love it!"

Miss USA 2013 Contestants Too Skinny, Former Pageant Winners Say

Has the pageant stage become just another fashion runway filled with scary-skinny physiques? According to several former Miss USA and Miss America competitors, the answer is a resounding "Yes!" -- at least when it comes to the bikini bodies on display during Sunday night's Miss USA 2013 competition. (Miss Connecticut Erin Brady was crowned the winner.)

Speaking to HuffPost Live, Miss America 2008 Kirsten Haglund said, "The girls, I thought, were much too thin. I agree that if you would have tested their BMIs that they probably would have been much too thin. And that's the standard in the modeling industry and the fashion industry as well."

Miss USA 2003 Susie Castillo was also disturbed by the shrinking figures. "I was a little shocked, too, sitting in the audience and seeing ribcages showing, protruding from these girls' skins. I was like, 'Wow, these girls…' "

"I realize that 10 years ago, when I was Miss USA, I was a lot thinner too…. I was an athlete. I wasn't that thin. And I agree that it's going in a way where girls are just super thin," Castillo continued.

Not many women could make granny underwear look hot, but Miranda Kerr does just that on the cover of Vogue Korea's July 2013 cover. At a pop-up stand to promote the nonprofit Play Makers on June 7, O'Connell -- who first made a splash as an overweight teen in 1986's Stand By Me -- told Us Weekly that his new show is forcing him to stay in shape. "They've got me taking my shirt off all the time, so I had to re-up my gym membership and sort of watch what I eat. Also, having kids sort of keeps you running around all the time," explained the star, who shares 4-year-old twins, Dolly and Charlie, with wife Rebecca Romijn. "I have one very lazy daughter, so I'm always carrying her around—and she's close to 50 pounds. It's called the lazy child workout. I'm going to make a DVD. It's going to be the next P90X."

"I don't use a trainer," he added. "We're saving for college, so there will be no extra expenditures. Even paying for a gym membership is annoying. I'd rather do a prison workout at home."

O'Connell also shared with Us the celebrity whom he admires (and fears!) for his fit bod.

"I mean, look at Hugh Jackman," he said. "I don't know how that guy does it. He's good friends with my wife because they do all of these X-Men movies together and I'm afraid to be around him," he joked. "He's so large. I just keep my head down and only speak when spoken to."

The 25-year-old South Glastonbury, Conn. native stunned and impressed throughout the night, where 51 would-be queens were whittled down to a final group of six contestants (also including Miss Texas, Miss Utah, Miss Alabama, Miss Illinois and Miss South Carolina).

Brady -- who was frank about her family's struggle with alcholism -- held her own when judges asked her tricky questions on privacy concerns, treasons and, finally, DNA testing for criminals. During her reign, she plans to be "an advocate for children of alcohol and substance abuse."

Salma Hayek: I Got to See Myself "Completely Disfigured" When I Was Pregnant

Salma Hayek loves her daughter, but she wasn't exactly basking in the glow of pregnancy before Valentina's September 2007 birth. Recalling the experience in a new interview with Glamour magazine's Glam Belleza Latina, the 46-year-old Mexican-American stunner says putting 50 pounds on her petite frame changed her self-perception and -- initially, at least -- not for the better. Ultimately, though, it made her more forgiving of her flaws.

"I gained so much weight, I got an opportunity to see myself completely disfigured in many different ways -- for a very good reason -- and I don't regret it for a second," she tells the mag. "That's when I started appreciating my body. The things that I used to criticize, they were not that bad after all."

That kind of self-assurance doesn't come easy, Hayek says, especially given the pressure women are under these days. "We've got to fight for our confidence every day in modern life because we live in a society that is very harsh to women," she explains. "You have to be smart and successful and a good mother and beautiful and young and skinny forever."

Talk about impossible expectations. Fortunately, Hayek's own definition of living well is considerably less demanding. "Success is happiness," the actress tells Glam Belleza Latina. "If you've found the right companion for life, a good relationship with loved ones, if you are healthy -- my God, you are immensely successful."

By those standards, Hayek is a smash. Married to Francois-Henri Pinault since 2009, she's happier now than she's ever been.

"I believe that change keeps you young. I'm a late bloomer; I always have been," she says. "A lot of women think that this is the [age] when you start getting depressed. To that I say, 'No, no, no, no, no!' I'm having the best time of my life."

Former Miss USA Winners Get Naked for PETA

Former Miss USA winners are saying no to fur! Shandi Finnessey (2004), Susie Castillo (2003), Shanna Moakler (1995) and Alyssa Campanella (2011) are posing nude in a new campaign for PETA.

The four ladies stripped down and posed side-by-side for the sexy new ad, which features the message, "Feel Beautiful in Your Own Skin, and Let Animals Keep Theirs." The new campaign calls for pageants to stop awarding fur coats as prizes to winners.

"As long as I'm the director of Miss Nevada, we will never award fur coats as prizes, and I urge my fellow pageant directors to make the same pledge," Moakler, 38, said in a statement to PETA. "Kind people today are taking a stand against cruelty to animals—so a fur coat is no prize for a compassionate, socially-aware woman."

"I've been an animal lover all my life, and the more I learned of the torture that animals go through in the name of fashion, I just think it's so unnecessary . . . it's unbelievable to me," Castillo, 33, said. She said she felt "blessed" to be a part of the campaign "to take a stand united and to tell the pageant industry not to support the fur industry."

Showing abs -- from day to night! Miley Cyrus bared her amazing midriff on Wednesday, June 12, revealing her toned ab muscles in two different outfits.

The 20-year-old first showed off her taut mid-section during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, wearing red pumps, half-denim, half-sweatpant loose-fitting pants and a red belly shirt with the words "Channing" written across it. She accessorized the look with a silver necklace and sunglasses.

Later that night at the New Myspace Launch Event, the "We Can't Stop" singer donned the same pair of loose-fitting jeans but ditched the casual look -- instead pairing the pants with white stilettos, a black cropped top, and a black leather jacket.

The former Disney Channel star credits her toned physique to a gluten-free diet and exercise activities like bike riding and Pilates.

She may be the daughter of famous funny man Eddie Murphy, but Bria Murphy takes her burgeoning modeling career seriously. That said, she's not willing to sacrifice her health just to achieve the perfect slim body magazines covet.

In an interview on Good Morning America that aired on Tuesday, June 11, the 23-year-old offspring of Murphy and ex-wife Nicole Murphy (herself a former model) revealed the drastic measures some mannequins resort to in order to lose weight. "I've heard of people eating the cotton balls with the orange juice…they dip it in the orange juice and then they eat the cotton balls to help them feel full, because the cotton's not doing anything. It's just dissolving. And it makes you think you're full, but you're not," she said.

"Lots of girls get addicted to drugs and anorexia, it's -- there's a whole list of things, because it's a lot of pressure to be perfect," continued Bria, who is currently the spokesmodel for Dark and Lovely hair products.

The stunner also shared her dream to model for Victoria's Secret, a wish that doesn't seem out of reach judging by the sexy bikini shots of her, taken in Hawaii on the same day the interview aired. She's fully aware, however, that the industry she's chosen can lead to crippling self doubt and body image issues.

"It's your job to go into a room...and some people will just say no without an explanation, and some will be like, 'Oh, your nose is too big. Your butt's too big. Oh, your legs are flabby.' Like, they'll just go on you, 'Oh, you need to tighten that up,' " she said.

Miss Iowa Pageant: Nicole Kelly Makes History as First Winner Without a Forearm

Nicole Kelly had quite the weekend. Not only did she win Miss Iowa on Saturday, Jun. 8, after a tough three-day competition, but in doing so, she also became the first pageant winner in history missing a limb: Kelly was born without her left forearm.

The 23-year-old will now go on to compete at the Miss America Pageant Sept. 15 in Atlantic City, NJ. In her bio on the Miss Iowa pageant's website, the University of Nebraska at Lincoln graduate wrote about her disability.

"I was born without my left forearm. (Although, when people ask me what happened to my arm, I like to ask, 'Well, what do you think happened?' My favorite explanation to date has been that it was bitten off by a shark…a perfect explanation for someone from Iowa.) As I grew older, I learned to offset the initial stares I received from people with an outgoing personality that would not give in to 'No.' This meant that I tried everything! From baseball, to dance to diving, there was nothing I would not try," Kelly shared.

"I found my passion within a world where I was giving people permission to stare…the stage," she continued. A theater buff with hopes to one day become a Broadway Stage Manager, Kelly studied theater in college and even recently completed a stint on Broadway in the Tony-nominated play, The Assembled Parties.

Kelly won the judges over with a song from a Broadway musical, naturally: Wicked's "Defying Gravity."

In February, Armstrong admitted on her official blog that she developed a drinking problem after her estranged husband, Russell, committed suicide in August 2011.

"I went through about nine months where I was drinking to cope with the pain and the memories. I was drinking to forget, to stop the recurring images in my head, to relax enough to try to sleep at night," she wrote. "I quickly discovered that one glass of wine made it a little easier, two would help me forget, three, four -- you get the point."

Khloe Kardashian-Odom worked hard for her slim new figure, and she deserves to show it off -- so that's exactly what she did on Sunday, June 9, at the launch of Ulta's Kardashian Beauty line in Huntington Beach, Calif. Posing on the red carpet at the event, the 28-year-old reality star played up her bombshell curves in a tight white minidress.

The fitted frock showed off the brunette beauty's sexy new figure and 25-pound weight loss, which she achieved through a combination of diet and exercise. She completed the outfit with studded sandals, big earrings, red lips, and sideswept waves.

Speaking about her body transformation on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, the Keeping Up the Kardashians star said the secrets to her success were "consistency" and small adjustments in her everyday life. "I have been working out at least four days a week," she explained. "I eat better in moderation. I still have to eat, I love food. It's just eating in moderation. It's lifestyle changes."

One week earlier, the former X Factor host took to Twitter to address critics of her svelte new physique.

"People LOVE to hate," she wrote. "I have worked really hard to be healthy, and I am proud of my body! It's all ME! I did it the healthy LONG way. Please don't discredit my hard, long work."
